We are delighted to share that our OTAGO Strength and Balance classes are returning on January 27th.
Taking place at Roe Hill Hall, this hour-long class consists of an exercise program developed in New Zealand by a dedicated Falls Prevention Research Group. The Otago Exercise Program (OEP) is made up of of 17 strength and balance exercises that are particularly beneficial for people recovering from injuries of the lower body or post-surgery.
This welcoming, accessible class, run by one of our knowledgeable and friendly instructors, is the perfect way to build your strength and boost your recovery journey. What’s more, the class also comes finishes with a 30 minute social element where, if you’d like to, you can hang around, grab a drink and get to know your fellow class participants. The class just so happens to also coincide with Hatfield Town Council’s Community Hub, so there will be an all-round warm and welcoming atmosphere!
