Delivered in partnership with One YMCA, these sessions provide gym sessions to young people in the community, offering FREE access to our Strength Boutique gym. These sessions aim to improve young people’s overall health and well being through engaging in personal trainer and youth worker-led gym activity sessions.
During the one-hour session, the group has the opportunity to learn how to use professional fitness equipment safely and effectively, while also finding out more about the benefits of physical activity for the body and mind. Sessions are available to both boys and girls aged 12 to 17 and are an excellent opportunity to make new friends and socialise.
