STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE
This 8-week health and wellbeing course is led by an Exercise Specialist, who will help you build confidence in the gym environment through a positive and practical approach. Completion of the course grants you one month FREE access to our Strength Boutique gym!
You don’t need basketball experience to join in, because all of our sessions will be lead by a Basketball Coach who will guide you through skills, drills and games. Our session is an excellent opportunity to meet other basketball enthusiasts and make new connections.
Learn how to use fitness equipment safely and effectively, and discover the benefits of physical activity for the body and mind. Open to ages 12-17.
These classes provide a great way to develop communications skills, boost confidence, raise your physical and mental well-being, and learn some excellent new basketball skills!
