What is This Girl Can: Low-Impact Aerobics?
If you’re looking to start an exercise routine but don’t know where to begin or feel anxious about trying something new, our ‘This Girl Can’ classes are here to help. These low-impact beginner’s aerobics sessions provide a welcoming atmosphere where making mistakes is not only accepted but encouraged!
Whether you’re lacking coordination or have never attempted a push-up before, these classes are perfect for you. By joining This Girl Can, you’ll gain the confidence to try new moves, explore different fitness class options, and connect with new friends.
Our This Girl Can classes are delivered in conjunction with our partners at Welhat Sports, Better, and Herts Sports Partnership.
Who is it For?
Our class is for girls aged 12 – 17 years who are new to exercise or returning after a break. Our primary aim is to empower girls to embrace their bodies, irrespective of their size or shape, and to redefine their relationship with group exercise.
