Our Strength and Stability class is best for individuals who want to improve their physical fitness, balance, coordination, and overall well-being. Participants complete the exercises at their own pace, and all are adaptable to an individual’s needs and abilities.
This class suits people of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve their balance and reduce the risk of falls, those who have recently experienced an injury or surgery, and individuals who have a sedentary lifestyle and want to increase their physical activity.
