Krav Maga comprises three pillars of discipline: self-defence, fighting, and protecting others. Our class focuses on the self-defence pillar, teaching you techniques that build upon your natural fight-or-flight reactions when presented with unexpected conflict situations. Krav Maga teaches you how to avoid, prevent, deter, or deal with violent confrontations.
