What is KFA Moves?
KFA (Keep Fit Association) Moves is a specialised dance fitness programme providing seniors with safe and effective exercise, movement and dance. It combines low-impact dance routines with gentle stretching and conditioning exercises to provide a full-body workout that is both fun and effective.
KFA Moves draws on various dance styles, including salsa, cha-cha, jive, and disco, as well as elements of yoga and Pilates. The routines are easy to follow, focusing on rhythm, coordination, and balance.
Who is it For?
Our KFA Moves program is a specialised seniors class designed for older adults who want to stay active, healthy, and independent. The program features low-impact dance routines and gentle conditioning exercises that are safe and effective for seniors, regardless of their fitness level or mobility.
