What is Inclusion Box Fit Circuit?

Inclusion Box Fit is a fitness circuit that incorporates elements of boxing to promote a healthy, social and active lifestyle for adults with Learning Disabilities. The program provides a fun, challenging workout that improves cardiovascular health, endurance, strength, and coordination.

Apart from the physical benefits, the fitness circuit promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, which can positively impact mental health and overall wellbeing. The social aspect of the program is also essential as it provides an opportunity for participants to interact with others, make friends and build a sense of community.

Who is it Best For?

The program is open to adults with a range of learning disabilities, including but not limited to ADHD, Asperger and Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Epilepsy, Fragile X, Global Development Delay, Williams Syndrome, and more. The inclusive nature of the program means that individuals with diverse abilities can participate and feel supported in achieving their fitness goals.
